What is CPI: Continuous Process Improvement.  CPI is one of our primary tools that combines several Process Improvement techniques. Similar to Lean Six Sigma (LSS), it includes: LEAN, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Benchmarking, and Process Reengineering.  These techniques have been tremendously successful in companies world-wide who have implemented them correctly as a CULTURE CHANGE and not just a Program.
